This should not be a valid CPR certification ANYWHERE. It doesn't require me to look over materials, it doesn't require me a pass the exam in a certain amount of attempts. I've ran upwards of 50 lifeguard classes over the past 6 years and I know how long it takes for someone to understand the concepts that you jammed into a 10 question "test". Absolutely ridiculous. For being the national CPR foundation, I would think you would want people to learn something...
