A couple of the practices you have listed are incorrect. Legs should be raised only 6 inches with the knees bent. Chest wounds should be checked for flailing/pneumothorax/ and bubbles before dressing could be applied. There was no information about impaled objects and how to correctly dress them, as well as correctly dress head wounds (i.e. skull fractures). There was no information about the recovery position (placing patient on left side). Placing them on the left side raises the esophagus higher than the stomach, therefore helping delay vomiting (if possible) and delay poisons entering the intestines. Amputated limbs should be placed in tight sealed bag and placed in a larger bag full of ice, but not immersing the limb in ice, just laying it on top. I just took a first aid course through my local college earlier this year and according to the newest version of the AHA/ECC/OSHA first aid book these are the "new" guidelines for these things. Other than that your course was very informative and well structured.

I took the course in person more than two years ago. This was a great way to take the test again, at my own pace and watching the videos.

The CPR course online was very informative and had great visual on how to perform the task, but i think a practical on hands simulation would also help more, for you to get the actual feeling of CPR

Computer certification is not very memorable. Actually doing compressions seals concepts in one's mind.
