I think that it is very important to know what to do when there is a emergency and need to call 911 or do CPR, know what to do about burns cut, or anything that could possible cause a death. Its important to know how to save a life.

Question 1 is misleading, as if you are able to ask the patient a question, then CPR should not be performed. An unconscious patient cannot be asked a question.
