More videos! The compression to breath literature based of infant, youth, and adults do not correlate to the videos. More details is needed as this could save lives. More detail on AED (videos).

Honest review of this course: I will caveat this by including that I am an environmental safety professional with more than two decades worth of professional trainings and certifications. I have also written more than 100 trainings and safety protocols. Additionally, I have been CPR certified for longer than I've been a professional. While there is truly no substitute for in-person, professional-led instruction with hands-on activities, it's possible to get sufficient information online to get the basic gist of a lesson, including lessons to save a life and administer basic first aid. This certification feels piecemealed and not at all professional. There are numerous typos that would not be expected of a professional certification program. There are several inconsistencies, including an instance in which one of the exam questions does not agree with the content in the lesson. It's as though the information was thrown together by 10 different (albeit bright) young interns (the content is decent and mostly correct) in the midst of a deadline, but never met the eyes of a senior level reviewer or anyone with emergency medical experience. The only reason I'm giving this "certification" a second star is that someone could take away enough info to pump oxygen through a body and hopefully aid in saving a life. I would consider the content of this training this a refresher, at best. But if you are looking to be legitimately CPR certified, I would recommend reaching out to a reputable program in your area.

Way too easy for a CPR/FIRST aid. Also the question if the patient is unresponsive or unconscious you should perform CPR. I put false your answer is true. There are 4 or 5 steps you take before performing CPR. The question is kind of unclear. You dont just walk up to someone say hay are you ok, if they dont respond start CPR. Please adjust the question
