Overall, I thought this was a good course with a very reasonable amount of information. I've been certified in CPR for the past 10 years, so this was a quick and easy course for me (and for a cheap price). However, I think it would be difficult to obtain enough information from this course if I didn't already know a lot of it well.

Punctuation and misspellings are distracting. Are "universal precautions" actually explained anywhere in the material? If so, I missed it. I didn't hear sound on the videos. Sound would improve the quality. Thanks for making this available.
