It's a little concerning that someone who doesn't have any in-person CPR training and hasn't read any of this course's material could come in and take the test enough times to pass and then be 'CPR/First Aid certified'... I mean, having been certified through the Red Cross four times so I was not concerned about myself, but this exam is too easy. If I were an employer who required CPR training, I would want my employees to be tested much more thoroughly than what this course provides.
