This training utilized terminology throughout the course that may be confusing to some, but is never expanded on or explained by the course provider. The training felt fragmented and incomplete. The actually formatting of the course units seems haphazardly laid out without any rhyme or reason and the random bold elements throughout the units fail to compliment the actual content of the course.
