Your exam is faulty and this is a serious issue. When answering the question: "do you perform the Heimlich on an unconscious person?" your course material outlines specific guidelines on how to do so: "Unconscious Person: when performing the Heimlich maneuver on an unconscious person lay the patient on his/her back. Make sure to clear the patients airway, if needed, finger swipe the patient's mouth to pick out any foreign objects. If you cant see or cant take the object out of the patients mouth, make sure to perform CPR. Chest compressions will most likely clear the patients airway." This needs to be fixed. Also, when answering the question: "Does the C in C.A.B. stand for chest compression?" I answered TRUE, your exam told me that the correct answer is FALSE. It IS COMPRESSION. Copy and pasted from YOUR COURSE MATERIAL: C is for Circulation Compressions Chest Compressions Circulate the blood within the patient. It's important to place your hands correctly upon the patients chest when performing compressions. Are you really trying to put trick questions on an official CPR certification??? Don't let your personal control issues muck of your professionalism, honestly...hire someone new to remake this test. This is sadistic and OSHA should be notified. Maybe you need to be sued? FIX IT NOW.
