This was a great way to get an updated CPR/First Aid certification. One thing that needs to be included, however, is a description of "universal precautions". I knew what it was because I have been trained before. However, this is an important aspect of First Aid training that has been omitted. I hope this is added so that others can be prepared for blood borne pathogens and more. Another area your course could benefit would be if there was sound on the video clips that demonstrated some of the various tasks. Thank you for providing this course at a reasonable cost.

National CPR Foundation made CPR certification very convenient! I am a mother to a 6 month old and I needed to get CPR certification for school. Being able to complete certification online, made it very convenient for a first time mommy. It’s hard for me to make plans around my child, so this was perfect for me! The course was very descriptive and worth the purchase!
