in my opinion a practical hands on course is much better than this online course. With a practical course you get a feel for how a compression feels like, how much breath it takes to inflate the chest, what it is like to do the count, use an AED.

Practical / actual hands on training is better than this course in my opinion. This course is really about remembering facts, whereas with a practical course and hands on a dummy body you get a feel for what it is like to do the compressions, you do the count and breathing exercises.
