Covers most of the basic First Aid / CPR topics; however, there are many problems. First the group account creation/login process is confusing (for example, as a participant, are we supposed to be able to leave the course part way through and come back in? I couldn't find a way to do that, and the presence of a "logout" option implies you can. Second, the overall organization and presentation of information is confusing. For example, Frostbite is covered under the Choking chapter. Some medical terms are undefined (e.g., tension pneumothorax). Some recommendations/advice are not relevant to the average lay person (e.g., for dental avulsion, it says to use Hank's Balanced Salt Solution, but doesn't say what that is or where to get it; I know I don't generally carry it around with me in case I encounter a loose tooth!). The videos could be useful, but in most cases there is no explanation of what the video is trying to show us, or even what the injury/issue is. There are some incorrect definitions and other errors. This course works okay as a review for someone with lots of previous First Aid training and some medical background, but it would be very confusing for a newbie. Overall, I was not impressed.
