Everything was fine, but I wish there were more video examples... Especially to people who has never been certified before. For the people who have been certified already, it would be nice to see images/videos as well for a refresher. Also it would be nice for visual learners!

Far fewer grammatical and clarity issues than the CPR course. There were still several glaring grammar and continuity errors, but I'm probably in the minority of people who catch and/or take issue with them.
