I found that there were some inconsistencies between this course and the American Red Cross course, which I think are rather important. For example, this course did not mention that you should wear gloves before touching a victim's bloody wound. This puts rescuers at risk. Also, this course did not list "the victim shows signs of life" as a reason to stop giving CPR. Overall it was a good refresher course but might not provide enough explanation to someone who is not familiar with first responder procedures.

The course was well laid out for being online however actually using man cans and doing the actual cpr with in person teachers with manicans is more helpful but due to COVID this is a good alternative in training.
