The wording was strange, as though it was written by someone who is not a native English speaker. One example is when it said when a person "is shocked" instead of "in shock".

Course completion and certification is based on the cognitive training and skills evaluation in the specified course in terms of NCPRF™ and accordance with the corresponding ILCOR, OSHA, and the current five-year cycle of the AHA® and ECC guidelines.
