The program was very thorough and easy to understand. In what I call 'the olden days', we had to find a location and spend an entire day going through the information, working with a dummy (and I'm not talking about the instructor...lol) and then testing. I think that the hands on was important for the feedback and getting a feel of how hard to do compression's. On the flip-side, taking the course online offers videos that explain and show the process, and takes a fraction of the time. I believe everyone should take a CPR Course to help save lives!

Not easily understood. Had to re-read many paragraphs. Test was easy though. Videos don't show proper placement of hands during Cpr on adult.
