So poorly written. Has the course never been proofread? There also needs to be clear definitions for words rather than just throwing them around assuming that the person taking the course already knows them (eg, tension pneumothorax, dental avulsion, etc). The course is written and structured quite poorly for people who have no medical knowledge and are learning CPR and first aid for the very first time.
