A wonderful course. I learned a lot. Thank you.

Exam questions are poorly and inaccurately worded, even to the point of directly contradicting the content of the course.

The two questions I got wrong are poorly worded questions. Question 4: I guess if someone gets a minor bump to the head we call 911? Question 7: And if someone is passed out but breathing and pulse is normal we do CPR anyway?

This NationalCPRFoundation CPR / First Aid training was easy to read and understand. Thank you

It would be beneficial to separate the CPR unit from the First Aid unit with an exam after each instead of waiting until the end of the whole training.

Great for refresher course. I was able to focus on revised material and really slow down and absorb the more complex procedures.

The course was pleasurably succinct. I would recommend that audio be added to the example videos, though. Hearing a description of what is being displayed would be helpful.
