I do not agree with the answer to question #12. It seems to me that you only call 911 for head injuries under certain conditions, only if 1-9, not immediately. I think I should get a 100% score.

The question about if you see a child collapse, should you call EMS or administer CPR is misleading. The correct answer was call EMS, however guidelines say to start 2 minutes of CPR before calling 911 if you are alone. A child collapsing could be for other reasons that no pulse. So really, one should check the child first, if there is a pulse, call 911, if not, then begin CPR for 2 minutes and then call 911. It's not a good question for the test.
