I have taken many CPR and first aide courses and this is absolutely the worst course I have ever taken. It is poorly written, contradictory, terms aren't defined and in some cases absolutely wrong. I am a former health care professional. If I were a lay person I don't think I would have gotten much useful information out of this coursel. It really needs improvement.

It was somewhat hard to follow the training that I completed because of grammatical and syntax inconsistencies in the text. However, it is an efficient refresher course, especially for individuals who have completed in-depth, hands-on trainings before.
