Quiz questions were not easily understood. For example, one true-false question said I would start CPR on someone who is unconscious and non-responsive. The answer is true, but someone could be unconscious and non-responsive and still have a pulse, not needing CPR. Another true-false said that I should call 911 if someone has a head injury; however, the material says to call 911 only if someone has a serious head injury showing certain symptoms.
