While I believe that it's a good thing to become more knowledgeable in regards to first aid and CPR. I was able to bypass the course entirely, only answering 10 simple questions to get a certification. I do not think the exam is nearly complicated enough. Your business model may state that it aims to train people, but I don't think the set up works whatsoever.

Comprehensive and I am much better prepared now. But there were multiple medical jargon/terms I had to look up. It would have been a better experience if it was written for non medical professionals.
