Exam was easy. Price was reasonable. Course took 30-45 minutes to complete. There were several typos and one statement was very confusing. One acronym was used but not explained. I liked the videos; wish there were more. Information was good. Certificates were available in my inbox immediately after payment was made. I liked the Red Cross classes better, but they are a lot more expensive and you need to have a PC and fast internet speed neither of which I have. With this program I started and completed it on my slow Mac with no problems. I might give 3 and a half stars except for the typos.
