This course was effective as a refresher, but I don't think I would feel confident if this were my introduction to CPR and first aid. The information is somewhat disorganized, there are many typos, the technical terms or jargon are not always explained, and in some cases the treatments are not fully explained. I would not recommend this course for first-time certification.
