My employer has not accepted CPR Certification by your foundation. I ended up recertifying with American Heart Association. I would appreciate if the fee I have paid to you is refunded. Thanks.

If the person is unconscious and unresponsive but breathing you do not do CPR, so I feel that question is worded wrong
