Two of your questions include incorrect responses due to non-specific descriptions like - we should not call 911 on all head injuries. The question and answer do not have enough descriptive language to get the right answer like - serious head injury. A lack of specificity creates confusion in answering the questions. This should be fixed. Please feel free to look at the two questions I got wrong to find the anomalies.
