I found this training to be very odd and not very good quality. A lot of the wording was off and there were a lot of grammatical errors. There were also instances where technical terms were used and not explained. Some of the material seemed to lack context and/or assume that the reader already has a certain base knowledge. I would not recommend this training for first-time CPR/First-Aid trainees.
