I appreciate the fact that the course is short, concise, and to the point. I would have appreciated more video demonstrations, especially for the life-saving strategies (i.e. infant, child, and adult CPR with 2 rescuers; use of a standard AED; Heimlich maneuver). I also believe this course is not appropriate for people who are needing anything more than a refresher because the information is not detailed enough for someone who has not done AT LEAST one in-person training. I also believe the sections need to be edited better for grammatical and usage errors and that the information should be written in a way that the average non-medical user can understand it more easily (i.e. talking about stings, you mention an auto-injector--most people would not know what that is, but they would recognize the EpiPen brand; also, the section on dressing chest wounds/re: preventing pneumothorax is incredibly confusing). Overall, the format is easy to navigate and useful for those of us needing a quick refresher, but there are definitely some changes that need to be made to the information and delivery.
