The course over all is good. What is frustrating is words like tension pneumothorax, myocardial infarction, the letters "AP," etc. are being used with no definition. In addition there is one misspelled word. And the several questions that I missed on the test were because I was going by the strict definition of what to do as written..... where your question was not following exactly how it was written.
