Several times the wording in the training was vague or things were listed in a confusing order. In the test I think that a couple of the questions were worded poorly...for example, not all head injuries are severe enough to need EMS. The ease of being able to do the training at home and at a time that worked for me was excellent.

The course was very quick and easy to receive the BLS Certification. It would have been helpful to have a short example video for each, the infant, child and adult for CPR and Choking.
