Previously used, and if you are a seasoned Healthcare worker this is the easiest way to renew! If you are new to it, and have never done an in person class, I would highly recommend doing it. I have 37 years of nursing and previously taught ACLS and PALS so this was perfect for me. I have had no issues using it for my employment.
