The training was full of grammar errors. I'm certain it was written by AI. Also, some terms were defined and some were not. I did the healthcare worker training, because I am a healthcare worker. But I don't have medical training. I was confused by the terms that were not defined. I'm going to recommend to my HR department to find a different online training. (And your "How did you hear about us?" drop down menu should have an option for employer.)
