The process is much too easy. I had gone through another service to get certified and actually felt properly trained. In fact, I had to use my skills to save a toddler from choking. I was only able to do this because the course I took was much more helpful. This certification would not have been sufficient in my opinion as a first timer to actually know what to do with exactness.
