Was very easy to do to update my expiring CPR certification, which I took in person in a class prior to completing certification through the National CPR Foundation. The certification prior I used training dummy in class. This online certification enhanced my previous learning, this was very informative, could do anytime, as actual classes here only happen during certain time frames and fill up quickly, and I was not able to attend, so I searched and took a chance. Bet chance ever taken. Thank you. When my certification comes to expiring, will be doing again through the National CPR Foundation. Thank you.

Several grammar/spelling errors throughout, as well as unclear wording made some things difficult to follow. The material says, "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps." THEN it gives conditions for when you should call 911. This insinuates that minor bruises and bumps count as head injuries. It also implies there are times where you should not call 911. Yet the quiz expects me to answer that it is true that 911 should be called for all head injuries.
