A good refresher

Having taken CPR "live" multiple times I thought I would try your on-line version. I was not aware of the distinction between "standard" and courses for health care providers...having taken both there is very little difference and I think you should give me a refund for the standard course since your promotional material implied that it met all requirements!

The material was very thorough and easy to navigate through. I also like that I could do the work at my own pace.

I could not get sound on your videos and I found that some of the vocabulary seemed advanced for the audience (non-medical field).

Very informative and thorough I like the fact not it is repetitive and goes over a review of everything that is read as well as show you pictures of what you are reading. I will definitely use this site again!

Pros: quick, simple, and easy Cons: Videos did not load, assessment felt too easy, content was very non-interactive, would like more clarity on rescue breaths expectations within COVID era Overall I only feel confident in this because my past CPR/ AED training involved lots of hands on practice.

Quick and efficient, the videos were a great reference for following the proper procedures.

Please review question #5 about PPES. Wording is confusing, it asks what PPES are a protection OF... multiple choice option lists some PPES, but PPES are not to protect themselves...its to protect the person. Personal protective equipment.
