I give it 4 stars because it is quick & easy & low-priced. However, there is a lot of terminology that isn't explained, so had this been my first time taking a CPR course, I would not have understood about 1/3 of it. It does not do a very good job at explaining each item, and I also do not like that it makes it appear as though these tasks are daunting - when it should be emphasized that with CPR, doing something is always better than nothing, because the person would be DEAD otherwise - which was always emphasized in my in-person classes. It should explain that AED's always have very clear instructions to make it easy for even an older child to use, & better videos with audio and more explanations would be nice.
