Generally very well written. Concise & clear instructions for the most part. However, there exist some grammatical errors in the writing. Surprisingly, it stated that I got one question wrong. I've been doing this for decades, so forgive me if I doubt you. But here's the thing: ABSOLUTELY NO explanation as to which question I supposedly got wrong, and no review or explanation of a correct answer. This is inexcusable and disgraceful on your part. If a customer of yours (and future first responder) got a question wrong, and that were to result in the death of a person, do you think you share no responsibility? I will make it my point to notify others in my organization about the lack of professional integrity of National CPR foundation.
