This course did not have automated reader and the videos didn’t have any voice either. The head injury question that I missed was confusing. It was a yes/no question. Question was do you call 911 or take patient with head injury to the hospital immediately? I responded no because in the course it said “not all head injuries are severe, some head injuries are minor, call 911 or take patient with head injury to the hospital if ‘list of symptoms’ occur.” The language in the course need to change if EMS needs to be called immediately for all head injuries.
