This was extremely quick and easy and I am grateful to have completed my required certificate for medicaid. That said, it was maybe too easy? I printed out the manual so I have it as as reference. Thank you. Also, I put 'friend' below as it was the closest answer but actually it was my employer.

There are numerous misspellings and grammar issues throughout the lessons. Many acronyms are not defined. Seems to assume you have a medical background already.
