Still like the hands on refresher Hard to say good buy to “Annie “ Also appreciate the advice and coaching of certified instructors. Having said that great resource for me I need to review occasionally 65 years old So can get mixed up with the update changes over the years The muscle memory is there for compressions Just need to review the numbers 100 not to exceed 120 staying alive bee gees
