the question that asks if you should start CPR if the patient is unconscious or unresponsive is misleading. I doesn't say anything about lack of pulse or not breathing.

I really don't think this takes the place of getting in person training and don't know how confident I feel about performing in a time of need, and I've been training for years in CPR and AED. I can't imagine how a first year trainee might feel about this and the stress they may feel in an emergency.
