I completed the standard first aid, CPR, and AED course. This was a great refresher course. The CPR portion was well done although, I felt like the first aid portion could have used more detailed explanation and left some unanswered questions. The pictures and videos were helpful but some of the videos did not have audio. The exam was very easy. It had 10 multiple choice questions that were easy to answer. Overall I think this is a great refresher course but especially the first aid portion could be difficult for someone who has never taken the course before.
