The course material was very broad, but informative and informational enough for a civilian that needs to provide immediate first aid or CPR. I wish the test was a little bit more difficult so as to challenge the customer's knowledge a bit more. I feel this would ensure a better informed customer. Overall, for a online course this was a very good and I will be recommending it to my coworkers.

This course could use a good going over by someone who is a good writer. There are just too many typos and awkward phrasing. Also, most worrisome, there is stuff in here that could be confusing or taken the wrong way. For example, in the CPR section, there is mention of doing some things differently, apparently based on whether the person performing the CPR has some kind of advanced training or advanced equipment available. I didn't understand this and think it should be cut. The videos and photos are really lame and feel like they are something you pulled off the Web somewhere and stuck in here to decorate the course. In short, I think this course is marginally acceptable for me as a refresher, who has taken first aid training numerous times over decades, but I would never recommend this course to someone who has little or no previous first aid training.
