I would have given 5 stars if my actual employer accepted the BLS provider renewal certification. Unfortunately because it is not sanctioned by the American Heart Association, it was not accepted by the Hospital I currently work at. The course was very well organized and easy to complete otherwise.

I love that this course is offered online. The drawbacks were that it seemed more for previously trained medical professionals than for laymen. There were many undefined medical terms used, the videos had no voiceover, and there were instances of possible grammatical errors.
