I gave 3 stars for the pre exam portion. They explain a bit and show short videos as well which is nice. Didn't seem too detailed as far as the exam went. Only 10 questions?! And you can 3 wrong and still pass?!?! I only did this for a leg up on an in person cor certification, but it should be free because the value of the exam is not much

Online course was excellent, however it has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not yet received my physical wallet card that was supposed to be mailed to me. A coworker in my department took the course the day prior and received their card within 5 days.
