Your questions are not worded very well. For instance, if someone that bumps their head do you call 911? If it is severe you do, if not you don't. The other one was if person is unconscious and unresponsive, do you start CPR? What if they are just passed out drunk? I would not apply CPR. Just be more specific with the wording of the questions.
