I've been in medical field for nearly 20 years. I've certified in cpr & 1st aid many times over my career. I was required to take 1st aid here. The test questions contain at least one incorrect answer & is really a joke. I wouldn't recommend the course or rely on the information here to get through a real emergency. Bare basics, & not entirely correct information. I give 2 stars for the convenience. I would give 1 star if I weren't already trained in emergency procedures & weren't already a seasoned health care provider

Honestly, I found it slightly alarming at how easy it is to become CPR/AED/First-Aid Certified. As a parent who has entrusted individuals who claim this, I now know that they truly are not equipped with life saving abilities or truly learned techniques that can be implemented in real life as the test was possibly a first grade level if that. I need this for a job and was prepared for it to be far more rigorous and require way WAY more effort/comprehension of the material presented than it did. I am actually quite upset at how little I actually know in life saving situations yet I am certified through the National CPR Foundation. Concerning.
