Great way to get a first aid /CPR card! Love your video and visuals. I am a renewal card but I think a first time test taker would benefit from your visuals!!

It is very convenient to have this option online, however I do not feel i am as prepared by taking it online then I would have in person. It was a good system and the information was good and full. Thank-you.

Good course--would recommend proof-reading your material again for errors. I saw a few words misspelled including "naloxone" in one part.

I thought that doing Mouth to Mouth in adults was no longer recommended, but I'm glad to see from a trusted source that I was wrong.

Overall decent course. Good for those who have attended an in-person course before since some of the explanations, or textual illustrations, were a bit brief. Additionally, some of the wording is more complex than necessary and can be difficult to understand for the average person with limited medical background. Some grammatical errors in the text which made portions difficult to understand or read properly. Had to reread areas or look up complex words/terminology to fully understand some concepts. I would suggest editing and breaking down some terminology since there is not an instructor available to ask questions. This will make it easier for a wider range audience to take this online course such as a parent, babysitter, or anyone that just wants to have knowledge of CPR and First Aide in case they're ever in a situation to assist.
