Very easy process!! one complaint it that there is no phone number to call if something goes wrong, like me , i mistakenly took the wrong exam and wanted to correct it. I emailed to the address they provided. they missed my first email and i had to do it again... anyway hope they will refund my wrong exam fee. other than that i like their interface.
