When I took the test I got one question incorrect which should have been correct in my opinion. There was a question concerning head injuries... "If a patient undergoes a head injury you should call 911 immediately" to which I answered no. The answer key said it was yes. This is not consistent with the training information provided under Types of Injuries. Under Head Injuries, it states that "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps; however, some head injuries can be very severe and even fatal. Call 911 immediately if:" Then lists the items that would require a call to 911. The statement "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps" is used to identify a head injury but implies that it does not need a call to 911 UNLESS it is listed as needed. A small bump to the head or a small cut that has minimal bleeding would not meet any of that criteria therefore would not require a call making the yes answer incorrect.
