I am a certified and experienced EMT and CNA, girlfriend and mother are both nurses and we are astounded at some of this information. First time not using AHA for CPR cert because new job offered it though here for free. Some of the information here is dangerous or just should have more details if you are going to teach it. Some actions are better not done at all if they are going to be done wrong. (ex. applying anything cold to a burn is absolutely wrong. The cells are retaining tons of heat, applying things that are cold causes cell bursting which leads to blisters, which are painful and raise chances of infection, and raises the chance of scars and will make worse scars as well if they were to appear). Not the only example in here, but I don't have time to write an basic emergency response textbook.
