There were multiple discrepancies from slide to slide. For example the very first page states " Proper CPR begins with chest compressions and no longer requires mouth-to-mouth breathing techniques." The second page and the rest from then on say that there should be breathes and compressions. Also the second page says don't check pulse, when all other pages say to check the pulse. Finally there was only sound in the first video.

I've taken this in person course multiple times in my career. It's usually 4 hours of wasted time because the information is so redundant. However, it's important to refresh my knowledge every two years. This was much more efficient use of time than sitting through 4 hours of this training.

While I loved being able to renew my training in such an easy and streamlined way (after being trained for 20 years). However, I am concerned that this training will not, in fact, effectively prepare responders who are less familiar with CPR procedures.

Information was not very good nor complete. One portion was completely out of order and could get someone killed. In the electric shock portion, it states to 1-perform CPR, 2- disconnect power source. This could cause the rescuer to get shocked or even killed. Very disappointed in this training.
